This Self-Care Wellness Massage is the perfect blend of Hot Stones and Swedish Massage for those who have work/life related stress or suffer from mild depression & anxiety.

Swedish is a relaxing massage using soft, long gliding strokes to relieve muscle tension.

Hot Stones involves the use of smooth, heated stones that melt away tension, eases muscle stiffness and increases circulation and metabolism.

Myofascial Release a type of physical therapy often used to treat myofascial pain syndrome. Focused on reducing pain by easing the tension and tightness in the trigger points.

Cranial sacral therapy (CST) is sometimes also referred to as craniosacral therapy. Uses gentle pressure on the head, neck, and back to relieve the stress and pain caused by compression. It can, as a result, help to treat a number of conditions.

Manual Therapy Technique---Technique involves restoring mobility to stiff joints and reducing muscle tension in order to return the patient to more natural movement without pain. Manually (hands) applied pressure to muscle tissue and manipulate joints in an attempt to decrease pain caused by muscle spasm, muscle tension, and joint dysfunction.
