NO SHOWS: If you don't show up or fail to contact us, you will be responsible for the FULL cost of the session ( due before your next session can be scheduled).
CANCELLATIONS: Please be kind and give a 24 hours notice if you must cancel a treatment. This will make your time slot available for someone else. If a 24 hours notice is NOT given, a $20 fee will be added to your next appointment.
LATE ARRIVALS: If you are late for a treatment, please understand that your treatment will end at the appointed time and FULL fee will be due. Please plan accordingly so you can arrive on time.
GIFT CERTIFICATES: Gift certificates are NON REFUNDABLE & expire 5 months after date of purchase. If you are unable to use the gift certificate for any reason, you can pass it along to someone else before the expiration date.**Please note, no shows, cancellations & late arrivals policy apply to Gift Certificates**
